Geoff Clarke with Janet Grint at Salford 10k 2013
The good Friday 10k around Salford attracted a large public holiday field including 13 from the club. There were some excellent results especially from our vets Gary Matthews 35.13 and Janine Ridgard 43.52.
Our blind runner Geoff Clarke ably guided by Janet Grint was 2.30s faster in a PB of 1h.10m despite again falling and having some confusion over the chip timings.
