East Cheshire’s Master sprinters show no signs of slowing up, after recently demonstrating good form at the British Championships, they moved on to represent Great Britain at the World Masters Indoor Championships, in Toruń Poland.
The outstanding Mike Coogan M50 leading the way capturing two bronze medals at 200m in both the individual event and the team relay, running a scintillating 23.83s in the semi final.
Sprint Coach Wendy Andrews F50 showing her athletes how things are done with excellent performances at both 60m & 200m, recording 9.15s & 30.73s, happily demonstrating a return to fine form after serious illness in recent years.
Colin Edwards M60, backing up his recent bronze medal at the British Champs at 400m with an outstanding display here reaching the World semi final with an outstanding performance in 61.68s.
